American IPA

Our customers and accounts love our IPA, but there are thousands of IPA's on the market so we don't enter it into competitions.  Know that it is awesome!

Amber Altbier

Originating from Dusseldorf Germany, the name of this beer means "old beer".  Deep amber in color.  Rich malt aroma with hints of chocolate, toffee, and noble hops.  Moderate hop bitterness balances the sturdy malt structure.  Slightly nutty in finish.  Excellent choice for complex flavor profile without packing high alcohol.

Malts:  Pilsner, Munich Dark, Vienna, Caramel 60

Hops:  Bravo, Hallertaur Mittelfruh

Yeast:  Dusseldorf

Saison

Brewed with honey from Lyons CO and orange peel, this Saison is loaded with fun flavors.  Pours vibrant yellow.  Extremely dry, the honey adds perceived sweetness.  Sweet orange, honey, and black pepper are all present in the aroma and flavor.  Fermented with a French yeast to introduce a hint of tartness;  this isn't your typical saison.
